Carta de recomendación

Si va a entrevistarse para un nuevo trabajo, seguramente esperen tener sus referencias controlados antes de recibir una oferta. Tener buenas referencias puede ser el factor decisivo para conseguir ese nuevo trabajo. Planee con anticipación y haga una lista de referencias y algunas cartas de recomendación  para que estén preparados cuando el entrevistador se las pida.

Ejemplo

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for XXXX. Until just recently, I have been XXXX immediate supervisor for several years. I can give faith of his moral qualities and high spirit of personal overcoming.

XXXX has worked under my supervision during a period of two years and a half, as Assistant of Sales, and his development turned out to be very satisfactory both for the signatory and for the company that it represented.

One of the main qualities of XXXX, and that I believe make him very valuable for any company, it is his great availability to work in a team and his constant dedication.

It is worth indicating that the reason of his exit of this company, two months behind, owed familiar reasons and own decision.

I know that XXXX will be able to acomplish all the tasks that will be entrusted to him, for what I highly recommend XXXX for employment.
