Letter of complaint

As consumers, often we do not feel satisfied or simply we detect a mistake in something for what we have paid.

The letter of complaint serves to carry out resources in these situations.

Remember that it is important to preserve the calmness and the patience. This is not in the habit of being a fast process. Neither uses a threatening or angry tone. Simply be polite.

If it does not work, always you can consider the fact of realizing a formal demand.
